Coming from an academic and research background, Szilvia contributes her skills in research design, statistical analysis, and test validation to LT123 projects. She has extensive experience with CEFR, language assessment, language learning and teaching as well as curriculum development. Before starting her consultancy in educational measurement, Szilvia worked as a Senior Research and Validation Manager at Cambridge English. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Lecturer in TEFL at the University of Portsmouth. Szilvia has a PhD in Second Language Acquisition from the University of Edinburgh.
