Pippa works closely with Russell to supervise all LT123 projects ensuring expertise and resource is deployed to deliver outputs according to plan. She also works on course design and development, including the Foundation in Test Writing. Holding positions as a teacher, trainer, centre manager, materials writer and project manager, she has worked in ELT for over 25 years. Before moving into assessment and publishing in 2002, Pippa worked in multiple schools around the world for 12 years. She has significant experience in curriculum and syllabus development as well as teacher support materials in various online formats. Pippa keeps a cool head to ensure that projects are delivered on time to the highest standards.
